which movie?
its important to see a good movie on the weekend.

we saw ‘johny gaddar’ on friday.it is a smart and fast movie with a li’ll retro (1970s) look here n there…it’s a bout a gang of business partners, who are out on a task involving lotsa money.how one of them decides to outsmart others n take away all the money, and howinterlinked and complicated subplots unfold to meet an unexpected end.story runs through the movie with unexpected twists and turns, and hence manages to grab your attention at all times.the lead in the movie, neil who is the youngest in the gang, did a good job. there is a tinge of humor sometimes, especially how the movie gets its name… a lazy garage mechanic asking – “naav ?” – “johny”. “adnaav ?” – “ji ??” .. “G.” … that’s the height of disinterest of a typical marathi in some other person.
on saturday, i saw a movie called ‘saw III’ on n off in between my household stuff..theres a guy who has a strange addiction. he believes if you mental torture normal people to the maximum extent they can take, at that point, they are ready to kill anyone.. so he plays around with them.highly gross bloodshed, disturbing story and scary scenes which can make you loose your sleep.i don’t think we saw it till the end.
sunday night we went to the theatre to see ‘the golden compass’. it has a mediocre story, but some amazingly smooth n beautiful cinematography, and graphics. wonderland is interesting. now i know why there are so many movies with this concept. people want to get lost into fantasy to forget stereotypical and real.

its important to see a good movie on the weekend.
